Somiibo doesn't start for days (PREMIUM ACCOUNT)

Having this problem for two days now... premium account.

I redownloaded it, installed everything new, nothing happens.

Please fix this! Crying or Very sad

We haven't pushed an update for a while, so nothing on our end could have changed the way it works. I suggest you try checking if you have any antivirus that might interfere with it and be sure you are connected to the internet while opening it.

Hi there,

I have been experiencing the same problem as mentioned above.
Everything was working just fine on my Macbook but all of the sudden the update popped up and it doesn't seem to be able to launch anymore.
I tried redownloading it, it works on Windows fine so the problem comes from my computer.
any suggestions as to what might be causing this issue?

I"ve had the same thing happening for a couple days now as well. This needs to get fixed. I'm a premium member as well.

I just got that message too about a download and tried reinstalling but still nothing works. Please fix asap cuz I'm also a premium member

This is still unfixed! Tried on two computers both mac! I'm also a premium user did all i could download, re-install its that 0.1.37 update which should be there for direct download the automatic update apparently does not work!

Please try again downloading it from the website. I've uploaded a working version of 0.1.36 until this gets solved.
