Premium not being activated

Hello, I have purchased a Premium account however my status is not showing as Premium nor do I have access to any of the Premium features.
Please can you correct this.

Your previous subscription was suspended because your PayPal account did not have sufficient funds to continue. I reactivated it. If your account has the issue again you will need to contact me again to reactivate it so be sure your PayPal account can fund the subscription.

Thank you however I paid for it using my credit card and would like the credit card to be the standard choice for payment.
How am I able to make sure this is the case?

You can add a new subscription with you preferred payment. Just be sure you completely cancel your old one before opening a new one.

Thank you. It is unclear what subscriptions I have or the source of payment for any of these subscriptions.
I believe there is a possibility that there are 2 current subscriptions that are operational since I needed to pay again on my credit card but never cancelled the original subscription.

Please can you confirm what active subscriptions there are and the source of payment for those subscriptions (I have logged into PayPal and could not see any recurring payments that were setup).

Please also let me know where I am able to check this information myself.

You can see if you have an active subscription from your account on the website or within the app. You can check your paypal subscriptions from your account on paypal.
